The day you actually voted , a participatory and performative action that will take place at CSA La Tabacalera de Lavapiés on April 5 and 6, 2019.
The day you actually voted raises a reflection of a political and artistic nature based on a utopian situation in which creativity governs society and the exercise of democracy by the individual and by extension, the people, consists of the election of the electoral program of an artist or group.
The participatory nature of the exhibition is given by the possibility, for each of the visitors, to support with their vote one of the electoral programs proposed by Pablo Durango, Edu Fernández, Elena Lavellés, Cristina Lucas, Gema Polanco, SomosNosotros, Óscar Vautherin and Fernando Ventura.
The day you actually voted puts the emphasis on both community and participation, on the union of art and life, thereby claiming the recovery of the festive nature of electoral day just forty years after the celebration, in 1979, of the first general elections after the approval a year before, of the current Spanish Constitution.
